design principles with software development skills to optimise usability for less
technical
users and facilitate business scalability.
Enterprise Landing Page
The project highlighted my ability to empathise with developers and understand their workflow through hands-on development experience. To expand our reach to enterprises with over 10K employees, we needed a specialised landing page. I was responsible for creating personas, designing and developing this page. By analysing sales data, calls, and landing patterns, I identified key personas. The enterprise user journey was then mapped out with the understanding of their key values and characteristics.

Data Enrichment (Health Score)
This project demonstrates my ability to work effectively with data scientists and developers and create user-friendly data visiualsation tools for developer users. Recognising the demand for health scores with our customers, we build scores that predict sleep, body stress, workout readiness and cardiovascular health from end users’ data. I brainstoremd the initial idea, designed the UI/UX, and focused on data visualisation for customisation feature. Testing prototypes with developer users, I iteratively refined the design, ultimately using a radar graph to enhance usability.

This project showcases my ability to design AI-powered tools for developers. In response to the growing demand for personalised recommendation using health data, we developed a tool to generate AI-driven insights for our customers. My task was to create an innovative user interface for a sandbox mode, enabling expert developers to simulate recommendations using generated health data. Collaborating with our AI engineers, we utilised the OpenAI API to provide personalised health insights. By testing the product with users and iteratively refining the interface, we addressed pain points and optimised the user experience.

to enhance the user experience.
Dashboard Onboarding
This project demonstrates my ability to streamline developers’ workflows. The previous onbardoing process for our developers’ dashboard lacked efficiency and learnability. Collaborating with the sales team, I redesigned the user flow and interface for the onboarding process, helping users to setup their first workflow and reduce the cognitive load of getting started. By analysing existing customers’ behaviours using data anlytics software, I was able to undestand user flows and identify their painpoints.
